The Saber & Quill will host a Valentine’s Day Dinner & Dance Feb. 14 from 6 to 9 p.m.

Super Bowl parties Sunday

The Saber & Quill and The Landing Zone will each hold Super Bowl watching parties Sunday.
Saber & Quill doors open at 5 p.m., and food and beverage specials will be offered. The best-dressed fans will also be eligible to win a 32-inch TV.
The Landing Zone event begins at noon. This venue has 17 TVs and a theater screen. A pizza and spaghetti buffet will be offered from 4 to 8 p.m.
Those who live on post can call the shuttle service at (270) 272-8956 and receive transportation from their residence to either party and back. Service is on a first call, first served basis.
Frazier Road closing for work

Work on the Frazier Road will force its closure Thursday at 7 a.m. and will re-open Monday at 7 a.m. This closure will be just west of the Boatwright main entrance. Access to Boatwright entrance will still be accessible from the east end, but no thru traffic.
Prayer Breakfast Feb. 7 at S&Q

A national prayer breakfast will be held at the Saber & Quill Feb. 7 from 7-8:30 a.m. The guest speaker will be Pat Day, National Museum of Racing hall of famer.
