COL. KEVIN MICHAELS, COMMAND SURGEON AT THE U.S. ARMY HUMAN RESOURCES COMMAND, left, congratulated Sgt. Maj. Emas Griffin of HRC’s Office of the Surgeon on his being awarded the Legion of Merit Medal. Griffin retired March 30 after 32 years of service.
