Nicholas Arthur Chiara, 17, of Louisville, Ky., and John Matthew DiFelice, 17, of Fort Knox, have earned the highest advancement award the Boy Scouts of America offers to Scouts, the Eagle Scout award.
Both members of Troop 128, chartered under Fort Knox Federal Credit Union, Chiara and DiFelice represent a small number of all Boy Scouts who attain the Eagle rank, according to Scoutmaster Mick Chiara.
