Installation hosting Motorcycle Safety Day


May is motorcycle safety month and during this time all motorcycle riders should take the opportunity to receive a refresher on safe driving techniques. The installation will be holding motorcycle safety day today from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at Thorne Park. The guest speaker will be an officer from Radcliff’s Police Department. Motorcycle training will be provided to reinforce safe motorcycle riding and what hazards are on the roadway. All military motorcycle riders are required to attend and be in place by 9:45 a.m. All civilians are encouraged to attend based on mission requirements.

HRC holding Safety Stand Down Day


There will be a Fort Knox Safety Stand Down Day at the U.S. Army Human Resources Command courtyard today from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. The event is open to everyone. There will be a host of local programs and services on hand to discuss and share vital safety tips.
