Days of Remembrance set for April 20

Fort Knox’s Days of Remembrance Observance will take place at Sadowski Center, located at 6607 Wilson Road, April 20 from noon to 1 p.m. Holocaust survivor Wonda Wolosky will be the keynote speaker, highlighting this year’s theme, “Legacy of Perseverance.” The event is open to the public and supervisors are encouraged to allow employees to attend if mission permits.

Recycle Center Customer Appreciation Day

The Fort Knox Qualified Recycle Program is hosting a Customer Appreciation Day on April 26 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Bldg. 2962. The event will feature facility tours, free document shredding, a live DJ and face painting for children. Free hot dogs will be available from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. or while supplies last.
